Starter:

·        Lentil Soup ….Lentil with onion, lemon and cumin.

·        Mussels …. Mussels cooked in garlic, white wine saffron & cream

·        Calamari …. Fried calamari coated in seasoned flour.

·        Spanish potatoes …. potatoes cooked with red onion & chorizo,tomato & thyme

·        Grilled chicken fillet …Marinated chicken fillet, served with our own garlic dip.

·        Halloumi ….grilled slices served on a bed salad with basil dressing

Main Course:

·        Sirloin Steak ….a tender piece of Sirloin grilled with Diana sauce.

·        Sea bass ….fresh sea bass fillet backed and topped with virgin oil and basil

·        Vegetarian Couscous ....Steamed couscous served with roasted Vegetables and tomato sauce

·        Risotto Marinara…mixed sea food cooked with onion, peppers, hunt of chilli with tomato and dash of cream

·        Chicken Puccini …. Chicken breast stuffed with basil and Mozzarella cheese wrapped with Parma ham served on a bed of roasted veg.

·        Rack Lamb…roasted rack of Lamb on bed of fresh spinach with mint and gravy sauce.

All main course meals served with rosemary potatoes and Mediterranean vegetables
