The Bush Inn is an historic 16th Century thatched roof pub,set in the picturesque village of St. Hilary with flagstone floors and inglenook fireplaces as well as exposed oak beams. A pub full of charm and atmosphere with very friendly staff.
The food served is all homemade from locally sourced produce with great variety, with a combination of lunch and evening menus as well as a specials board which is changed on a weekly basis.

There is a large selection of cask ales with guest ales which are changed on a regular basis.
There is also a secluded beer garden and outside drinking and eating areas.
Dogs are welcome in the bars.
